AutomationMD is a service of Automation Md, LLC, based in Mesa, Arizona. This policy covers automationmd.com and the services we provide to client businesses. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Automation Md, LLC.

Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business when you contact us, book a call, complete our onboarding form, or become a client.

Call information. When our AI front desk answers calls on behalf of a client business, we process call recordings, transcripts, and caller details such as name, phone number, and appointment requests, in order to provide that service to the business.

Website usage. Basic, privacy-respecting measurement of the pages visited on this site, so we can understand what is useful and improve it.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and operate our services, schedule appointments, send service-related and follow-up messages, improve our services, and meet our legal obligations.

We may send text messages to businesses we have contacted about our services, and to clients about their service. We use mobile numbers only for the messaging described here and in our Terms of Service.

Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. For our follow-up program it is no more than about four messages over a two week period. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Message and data rates may apply.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as telephony, scheduling, payment, and form providers, each of which handles data under its own privacy terms, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above. You may ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing christian@automationmd.com.

This site uses only the cookies and similar tools needed for the site to function and to measure visits in aggregate.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
